Service was on time, efficient and done very well. Jarrid explained everything and even applied Ford rewards $ that I didn't know I had. The only complaint I have is the automated appointment scheduling new system - hard to work with and I'd rather talk to an individual.

I always get excellent service at Jordan Ford in Mishawaka IN. I ave leased several cars from them.
Chris was great! He was very attentive to detail. Vehicle returned in a very timely manner.

BEWARE! In 2022 this dealer scammed me into paying too much for a car. I asked them never to contact me again, but they keep contacting me. Stay away from this spam dealer.
I was in and out before I knew it. I was greeted by the most friendly customer service agent. He followed up after the car was serviced by walking me through every thing they did. All in all a very good experience.
