Service at Jordan Ford is amazing, but communication with customers needs work. I was given three times for picking up my car for service on Monday (first 9:30am, then 1pm, then “give them another hour”), but they never showed, despite several phone calls. They then re-scheduled later in the week for 11 am, but after several more phone calls, finally showed up around 3 pm. I would prefer the courtesy to have been informed of delays.
Got my ford ranger from Tim Dahle, and man let me say how happy I am with this dealership! They helped me get a better rate than my credit union and even threw in a service contract! I checked out a few of their trucks and there was no pressure at all in which one I should pick. Next time I need a vehicle, I’ll be sure to check out Tim Dahle Ford first. Oh btw my salesman was Nelson, and he is an awesome guy!

I’ve spent $4000+ to fix what they first thought was a clutch issue(which didn’t work), then a transmission issue, which they speculated would fix the problem. This would’ve cost me another 4k. Can’t afford the gamble. I’ll just have to drive this 2016 Focus with its rough shifting, with 4k wasted.
Service was fast and efficient. Chris and Tanner were very helpful and did not pressure me into purchasing anything.
