I scheduled an appointment at 1:25 for 2:15 today with Dexter Jae. When I arrived for my appointment on time it takes the full 50 minutes to drive to the dealership I was told the car was sold. Horrible service because if someone was buying the card why did you even make an appointment. Save you time and go somewhere where you money and time are valued.

Hello Tambra, I think you are definitely mistaken us for another Midwest, we don't have anyone named Dexter Jae, we are family owned and operated and have excellent customer service, we would have never scheduled an appointment on a car that is sold.

Midwest Motors, Indianapolis, IN...I contacted the dealership about a 2011 Toyota Tundra. When we spoke they said they needed to check on it because they thought the 4WD might be going bad in the truck we were looking at. They stated they would check and call us back in a few days. When they called back in a few days they asked if they could help us, I asked about the status of the truck we had been looking at and he (it was a different salesman) didn't know.
