Midwest Motors, Indianapolis, IN...I contacted the dealership about a 2011 Toyota Tundra. When we spoke they said they needed to check on it because they thought the 4WD might be going bad in the truck we were looking at. They stated they would check and call us back in a few days. When they called back in a few days they asked if they could help us, I asked about the status of the truck we had been looking at and he (it was a different salesman) didn't know. Not helpful at all. Made it seem like it was killing him to do any customer service at all. Asked many questions and never got a straight answer from him. Hard to deal with. Terrible customer service.
