Trucks are priced above market yet the salesmen won't negotiate on price. Front fender of the truck was damaged. Information online says no accidents. I wouldn't recommend.

Cindy, so sorry to hear that, we price trucks according to the market and condition of the vehicle, we are so transparent we include minimum of 40 cars if not more for any vehicle we have, provide Carfax for free online, we are one of few dealers taht includes under carriage photos especially for trucks. We sell a lot of trucks and our price are very competitive.
They're good people. They couldn't get me approved for the auto loan. I understand that on the surface, but one reason they couldn't is fact that they didn't know me. They didn't know what my story was. Having been in the car business all my life (42 years) there's always a story to be told. Not just a name other information you see on a credit application. I scheduled an appointment at 1:25 for 2:15 today with Dexter Jae. When I arrived for my appointment on time it takes the full 50 minutes to drive to the dealership I was told the car was sold. Horrible service because if someone was buying the card why did you even make an appointment. Save you time and go somewhere where you money and time are valued.

Hello Tambra, I think you are definitely mistaken us for another Midwest, we don't have anyone named Dexter Jae, we are family owned and operated and have excellent customer service, we would have never scheduled an appointment on a car that is sold.
