Drove an hour and a half to see a 2015 Odyssey Touring Elite. Upon arriving there with my pregnant wife , sales man just hands me the keys and tells me to find the van myself in the lot. It was about 20 degrees outside . When looking at the vehicle we were suprised of how dirty and beat up the van was. There was a seat that was clearly a different color than the rest . People were very nice, however left the lot with several little things wrong that should have been remedied before leaving. No offer was made. The lot was unwilling to budge on pricing. I love the vehicle and am grateful for the financing. We had a large down payment and subperfect credit, however a large intrest rate was still imposed. I found a van on CarGurus that was listed through Midwest Motors. I called and asked for information regarding the van due to us being 2.5 hours away. The salesman stated he would take a video of the van and send it to me in 10 minutes. He then stated that he would take the van for a drive to let me know if anything was wrong with it. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged upon entering. When the sales person did get to me? He walked me outside, handed me the keys. Told me to look at it. If I like it? To drive it up to the door so they could copy my license. The car wasn't clean. Had to running lights busted out. The inside was filthy. The carpets had spider webs.
