I found a van on CarGurus that was listed through Midwest Motors. I called and asked for information regarding the van due to us being 2.5 hours away. The salesman stated he would take a video of the van and send it to me in 10 minutes. He then stated that he would take the van for a drive to let me know if anything was wrong with it. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged upon entering. When the sales person did get to me? He walked me outside, handed me the keys. Told me to look at it. If I like it? To drive it up to the door so they could copy my license. The car wasn't clean. Had to running lights busted out. The inside was filthy. The carpets had spider webs. You filled out a credit application; we discussed the small cosmetic things on the car, you were giving you the choice if you want it or not and you went through with the application and even followed up via phone call and email after leaving to see if any other company we dealt with was able to get you approved. Jihad was amazing to deal with! Very quick to respond to any questions I had over text or email and was able to get me into the car I’ve been looking at! Process was smooth and quick. Would definitely recommend his dealership and would buy from them again. I came in with a check in hand for the vehicle and was put the door very quick. Dishonest. Vehicle was available until i mentioned financing thru Westlake or Capital One. Then an immediate response was given that vehicle not avail

First of all the vehicle was available when we responded, you took an hour to respond back and in that time we took a deposit on it. It is not rocket science to understand in this business cars move quickly, they do not wait for your response. Second of all, as a dealer I do not need to deal with sub prime credit. That is an option I offer, and I deal with westlake all of the time so the idea of you mentioning them and all of a sudden the vehicle becoming unavailble is ridiculous
Was helpful with answering questions, guess they didn't understand the difference between payload capacity and towing capacity.
