If i could give zero stars i absolutely would. This management company is absolutely apathetic and unbelievably unhelpful. My husband and i have been living here for 9 months and we have always had issues. Tenants who live above us litter our balcony with trash and cigarette butts, even though there is a no smoking policy. We have informed the office multiple times with no resolution. The complex itself is great. The rooftop garden is excellent and the staff is always helpful. Now, we just changed management, so we'll see how they do. Only sucky thing is it is a college town, so there are immature dumb people that are loud and leave trash. Not Midtowns fault.
There are a lot of smells here, which i think could be taken care of.. Dog waste/smoke and trash. Heat is constantly going out. No one is avaliable to talk to. I think signs and notices and upkeep on maintenance could easily resolve this. However it is still a beautiful location that has a great asthetic. I pretty misleading.
I love it here at Midtown Village, it is so beautiful. I love my PentHouse in the north tower, I have lived here for 6 months & still feel as though I'm on vacation.
Heat went out and they couldn't fix it so now we have to either move or live with no heating. They refused to put us up in a hotel for the night. The rent concession they offered might not even cover our moving costs, let alone the hotel we might need to stay warm. My wife is 8+ months pregnant and now we have to move with a baby due any minute. Avoid this place at all costs! Read my update below after the change in management. This will explain why A year ago I gave it five stars and said Love it, not anymore! (It's amazing how quickly new management can destroy what was a great place to live) Old review 2016 --- Not an apparment type of person own houses and have aways lived in a home. However divorce has caused me to at least take a look while I wait a year to get court wrapped up. Was going to rent a house until I looked at MidTown360. We are just in the process of move-in and we already love Midtown 360! the management is very friendly and the place is just perfect, you will never find a better deal rather than here. Nice amenities, brand new apartments, nice location, this is just a little review of what midtown 360 has to offer.
