I am writing to formally address several unacceptable incidents that have occurred at my apartment. These people are thieves. They almost charge you for the air you breath. They made us pay $850 for new carpet when we left the apartment, after having cleaned it twice ourselves. They promised a walkthrough in our contract with us before we moved out, but claim because of covid they never did it. For a month the cable didn’t work, and they never reimbursed us the money after they said they would; that because we had nothing in writing. We had 3 bikes stolen on their property that they claim isn’t their issue when they hire s... read more

Shotty construction and even worse bandaid fixes to the whole property. $300+/- required media package. They're offering 2 free months off of new leases, but aren't willing to negotiate with current tenants who are struggling. Orem PD is ALWAYS there. We've watch party after party be broken up. Chances are there will be a dog at the pool. Elevators are constantly down. New cleaning company sucks! (They fired the good cleaning company to save money)
If you have dogs I DO NOT recommend living here. Management is nice, but the people who live here & the restaurant/ shop owners treat dogs like TRASH!! So rude & awful towards them!!
Terrible service my recommendation is literally go live anywhere else!!!
Just... God... Where do I begin... This place is awful. sure its pretty, but it's kinda also a prison. everything echos. no natural light. no window at all in one of our bedrooms, which technically means it's actually not a bedroom. $50 parking when you can go to the lower level for free. And if your car get broken into or your decorations on your door get defiled- sucks to suck. Management won't help. They won't even check the 1 camera they do have. I can go on and on. Just don't move here.
