This place is a joke. First off, there is never any parking. They also have fire alarms every other day for nothing. Construction is endless, said they'd have a pool and hot tub done by next summer when we moved in, been over a year and a half and nothing is complete. Wow their ratings are terrible! I have not lived in Midtown for about a year and a half and just got a call from a collections agency that I owe them money. Not one phone call or letter in the mail to tell me that I owe them. Management is terrible. I was the first person to live in my unit after remodelling and I had nothing but problems. RecommendedI thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Seven76 Apartments. The staff was incredible and truly cared about their tenants. I can't count the number of times I went to the clubhouse to ask Lisa a question and was always greeted with a smile and helped right away. I hardly had any troubles within the apartment itself, and if there was something that needed to be addressed, it was resolved in a very timely manner. I could go on and on and on about all of the things we hated about this place. Bills being screwed up. Filthy and broken elevators. Parking woes. Endless construction. Water turned off for 4 hours longer than advertised. Management that seems to care more about your rent than your concerns. Finally, the kicker, the reason I’m here, the final middle finger to us after we’ve been gone for almost a month, a bogus $330 charge for cleaning and utilities, including a $40 charge by the cleaning company for PET HAIRS! I loved the location, and would have given 3 stars if I didn't just get a notification out of nowhere, after no other emails or mails, that after 2 months being gone, I owe them $1700+. This is after I left on the first day of the month, leaving my keys, plenty of notification, and cleaned the place top to bottom. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER.
Worst place to live at! Please don't move here. Tucker is the worse! You can tell Brittany the manager hates her job. She not the easiest person to deal with. She loves pointing the finger at someone else!
