Already left a bad review on Google. On top of all the shit they level at their residents, I just got a notice that we'll need to pay an extra $150 on top of our already ridiculously high bill because we're moving out at the end of August. WTF Midtown. The managers must dream of those dollar bill signs.
Management is terrible. Not only are they incredibly rude, but they are also grossly incompetent, impossible to get ahold of, and sadly see no need to address any of these shortcomings. Don't move here. There is great curb-appeal but everything else is a festering mess.
Great community.... The staff is very friendly and the areas are always clean
The apartment is what you think you pay for. But management is terrible and inconsistent. They refuse to respond to your needs and will not answer the phones. Plus they are never in office and leave before their closing hours.
Haven't had heat since I moved in, no air conditioning, power frequently goes out and now no hot water. Of course maintenance can't be reached and new management is worthless. Do not move here unless you want to pay for "luxury" apartments and be living like a homeless person.
