RecommendedI have lived at Midtown 360 for three years now. I don't get what all the haters are saying. I have enjoyed my time here and have just renewed for a fourth year. I find Olivia and the office staff to be very accommodating. I have had few issues with maintenance but when I have, they have been prompt and courteous. I don't think that I am the minority here. Haters gonna hate. Those of you who have had good experiences, let's drown out the negativity.
This place is a joke. First off, there is never any parking. They also have fire alarms every other day for nothing. Construction is endless, said they'd have a pool and hot tub done by next summer when we moved in, been over a year and a half and nothing is complete. Then they try to charge you for there errors saying the accountant gave us a credit from previous tenants? Also they made us overpay for the first 6 months of living there. Wow their ratings are terrible! I have not lived in Midtown for about a year and a half and just got a call from a collections agency that I owe them money. Not one phone call or letter in the mail to tell me that I owe them. Management is terrible. I was the first person to live in my unit after remodelling and I had nothing but problems. I could go on and on and on about all of the things we hated about this place. Bills being screwed up. Filthy and broken elevators. Parking woes. Endless construction. Water turned off for 4 hours longer than advertised. Management that seems to care more about your rent than your concerns. Finally, the kicker, the reason I’m here, the final middle finger to us after we’ve been gone for almost a month, a bogus $330 charge for cleaning and utilities, including a $40 charge by the cleaning company for PET HAIRS! I loved the location, and would have given 3 stars if I didn't just get a notification out of nowhere, after no other emails or mails, that after 2 months being gone, I owe them $1700+. This is after I left on the first day of the month, leaving my keys, plenty of notification, and cleaned the place top to bottom. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER.
Worst place to live at! Please don't move here. Tucker is the worse! You can tell Brittany the manager hates her job. She not the easiest person to deal with. She loves pointing the finger at someone else!
Already left a bad review on Google. On top of all the shit they level at their residents, I just got a notice that we'll need to pay an extra $150 on top of our already ridiculously high bill because we're moving out at the end of August. WTF Midtown. The managers must dream of those dollar bill signs.
Management is terrible. Not only are they incredibly rude, but they are also grossly incompetent, impossible to get ahold of, and sadly see no need to address any of these shortcomings. Don't move here. There is great curb-appeal but everything else is a festering mess.
