No-one wants to go to hospital but this is as nice an experience as you can get. Helpful, friendly staff, clean and bright waiting areas and facilities. Whimsical artwork and therapeutic garden trails make this a pleasant place to visit. I would say I hope to visit again but that would be untrue!

I went to the out of hours doctor with suspected tonsillitis and from the moment I walked in the reception staff were kind and welcoming, and the nurse was so kind! I was seen straight away and felt so looked after even if I was very ill. Thank you!
Arrived this morning for a walk in X Ray, arranged by my GP. The hospital has changed it procedures and you now need to make an appointment. So, after taking the morning off work, I was turned away. Too busy to help. Employees in the NHS don't seem to understand that not all of us get paid when we are not at work.
