We had an excellent experience with Midland who remodelled and installed our kitchen - this included opening up a chimney breast and knocking out 2/3 of our back wall. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Pete and the team were so respectful of our home whilst with us and they kept the space clean and tidy at the end of each day. Midland builders from start to finish we're absolutely brilliant. From owner, work men and office staff, couldn't be more helpful. Helping me to improve the exterior of my tutor style house with great workmanship. Special mention to Dave and Matty who completed the works, very friendly and professional. Will most definitely use Midland again for any future projects and would recommend these.
Typical tradesman drive your van like you own the road, purposely blocking people then swearing at them like it's their fault, FYI you have a break light out.
I first used Midland 3 years ago for a reconfiguration of my ground floor layout and they did such a great job I immediately called them for my next job of a side roof and doors at the side of my house. I had a vision of what i wanted, they listened and gave the best solution.I had no need to get more quotes as the price was what I expected to pay. Midland are a firm I hadn't used before. My friend was using them for a large extension and I knew that if he was using them (he's very selective), they were not going to be anything but the best. Fortunately I was right and having instructed them to convert 2 rooms into one, install a kitchen (and various other add-ons), I couldn't be happier with the end result.
