Had an amazing experience with my Lasik! Super glad that I made the decision of using Michigan eye Institute. From the receptionist, assistants, to doctors, everyone is just professional, kind, and informative. It runs like a well oiled machine... the doctors and staff are friendly
my daughter went there to get glasses. she told them she needed blue light blocking on them 4 times! she called to double check before she picked them up and they said they had blue light blocking. when she picked them up and got home, I told her it didnt look like it. she called again and they said no there wasn't blue light blocking on them. she needs it for work and she just waisted time and money . my whole family goes there and I am not happy . looking for a new eye Dr.
I highly recommend Michigan eye institute. I had lasik done 2 days ago and am typing this with no glasses. I have worn glasses for 28 years. The staff is amazing and put all my fears at ease. Linda was the 1st person I saw and she was amazing through the whole process. Lasik surgery is a little bit scary, but the staff made me feel so at ease through the whole thing. They contradicted themselves numerous times during my appointment. My doctor said he will not see me again in I refuse dialtion even though I react extremely badly to dialation leaving me a in a deabiliated condition for at least 2 days. He had absolutely no compassion and didn't care. While my medical doctor agrees that since this causes such a bad reaction I should not be dialated. But evidently this man thinks he knows better because he sees me for 5 minutes once a year
Husband and I had to have cataract surgery in 2012 and 2013 I think. We were charged $1300 per lens for one of us, and $1500 per lens for the other. We both ended up not being able to see, having to when glasses. I had to have some extra laser surgery for surgery tissue. The problem is I'm still paying for these lens and my husband has been deceased for 4 years. No one I know has gone thru this, they all say, WHAT??
