Recommendedmondsy 11/23 I got LASIK eye surgery. I was so very nervous but pushed myself to do it. I highly reccomend it for those of you on the fence about it. Every interaction and appointment went well and was very informative. The surgery itself was so easy and pain free. Had my follow up appointment at 1pm tuesday 11/24 and my eyes look great and I'm already at 20/15 and only going to improve. 😍 This was my first surgery ever and I'm not great with pain but I promise you it is worth it!

I went to MEI to get lasik, through the entire process and multiple visits all of the staff were very nice, especially Linda Darst. She answered all my questions patiently and made me feel relaxed about the procedure before hand. The surgery staff were fantastic as well helping me feel calm before and during. Also their covid precautions were also great, everything was constantly being cleaned.

I had a great experiences. Great customer service. While waiting, I was gonna honk and his must be a great place to work. The employees were getting along , laughing and helping each other. This great attitude carried over to patients. I felt my time there was thorough. They made sure to understood everything and my questions answered.

Apparently it is expected to wait 2 hours for an exam. Pressure test 10 minutes and actual exam by dr., 15 minutes. Good grief! 🤨
