So far my experience has been excellent Michigan Eye Institute has the very best people.. the nurses Treated me so good.. every question I ask was answered from a very caring nurse.. The doctor was the best I’d recommend him..I’m anxious for this Eye to completely heal I’m doing the best..I thank you for your excellent care and instructions..I’ll see you today for follow-up

Charged me over $100 for my annual vision exam two years in a row. I have vision insurance that 100% covers my exam! I tried to fight the charges. My insurance said they double charged for items and were not allowed to do that and that I owed them nothing. But they charged and refused to drop those charges. I only went back the second year because I gave them the benefit of the doubt that someone had screwed up and it would be resolved. Nope. Charged again.
