Finding and choosing a realtor is a crap shoot. At least I thought it was. Little did I know it at the time, but I rolled a lucky number 7 when Michelle Amen responded to my inquiry. Michelle is the BEST. You will not find any other real estate person out there that can do what she does. She gives 1,000% of herself, her knowledge and her experience. My search was a difficult one because I was trying to find a house that would enable me to combine two households into one. If it wasn't for Michelle, who had to take charge, tell them how to do things, use her people to get things done and keep on top of all them, I would most assuredly still be waiting to close. Michelle is upbeat and positive, savvy to current market conditions. She listens well and responds appropriately to client requests. She takes good care of them and forms lasting relationships with them. She is a knowledgeable powerhouse for the client, always on the lookout for the best options, avenues, and financing for them.

We needed to find an agent that could help us as we moved from out of state. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable she was with the area. She helped us find the right home in the right neighborhood because she listened to our needs. She quickly found out how much good schools and nice neighbors meant to us. I decided to give Michelle Amen and her team a call, because of all of the stellar reviews here on Zillow. A wonderful lady named Medley returned my call and began helping me find a home in Bartlett. Michelle contacted me as I was trying to sell my son's house FSBO. She sold it in 2 days. A year later I contacted her to sell my personal house and she sold it before it was on the market. BAM! She's our Real Estate “Go To” Girl!

Michelle made a difficult process much more manageable with great results. She gladly accommodated requests I made regarding a sales strategy and provided valuable and sound advice for the marketing, negotiation and ultimate sale of my home. We managed a very good price for my home and ALL parties were happy with the outcome! She sold our home in 5 days of having it on the market at more than list price!!!

We had our first house listed with an agent who A.) brought no traffic through so therefore; B.) couldn’t sell it in 6 months. We contacted Michelle who had absolutely fabulous photos made, had it SOLD in 1 day to a guy in Kuwait. She worked a lease-purchase out for us that was a win-win for both of us. We then had to sell another house and once again, she did it again. She sold it before it was listed and on the market. We love Michelle and highly recommend her!
