WOW!!! Michelle was a true southern woman. Her hospitality and knowledge was exceptional thru the whole process. She managed to help us find a house in three days and closed in three weeks. I found a house I was interested in on Zillow.com, I left my information on the web site and was surprised to get a response from Michelle Amen within about 5 minutes. She had a very positive attitude and arranged for me to see the home the next day. The home wasn’t for me, but Michelle took the time to understand my needs. On my next day off she met me with a list of homes that met my needs, she had them in the order that we were to go see them on a clipboard with a pen attached for notes. She was amazing!! Michelle contacted us right away and told us exactly what we needed to do, which was a relief because we were a bit unsure. I could tell right away she was going to be an advocate for us, and she was! She knew right away if we should pursue a house or if there was something about it that we might not want or like. She really listened to our needs and the communication was really good. Also her personality is awesome, you can't help but like her right away. :) Thanks Michelle!
