I knew the minute I met her she was the one. We were selling our house by owner with no success. She said "I WILL sell your house for you"!! And she did in 3 months. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had via text or email. On top of selling our house, she found us the perfect house in the perfect location. Went above and beyond to get us moved out and in, in 3 weeks. I highly, highly recommend her.

I don't know what we would have done without Michelle's expert help and knowledge. We had a limited time to sell our home and move to a new job location and this was in a not great sellers market. Michelle guided us in most effective presentation changes to make to the home to appeal to buyers. She was very helpful in our being able to get this work done quickly and reasonably. We were able to sell our home within a month of our moving out,,,,,,she definitively exceeded our expectations for what a Realtor could do for us.
