I don't know what we would have done without Michelle's expert help and knowledge. We had a limited time to sell our home and move to a new job location and this was in a not great sellers market. Michelle guided us in most effective presentation changes to make to the home to appeal to buyers. She was very helpful in our being able to get this work done quickly and reasonably. We were able to sell our home within a month of our moving out,,,,,,she definitively exceeded our expectations for what a Realtor could do for us.

Military family that was really interested in moving into the neighborhood where, she found our house. Showed us a few houses in the neighborhood, but knew exactly what we were looking for.
