Michelle will overwhelm you with blah blah blah and will not let you make your own decision. If you question anything she says or offers you, she will tell you that you don't know what you are talking about and that you are uneducated (Literally). Michelle was our buyer's agent and we couldn't have had a better advocate. She was excellent at understanding our needs and providing us with options. Michelle takes time with her clients. She makes you feel you are her number one priority. I realize she is a busy agent, but she never made us feel that way.

Finding and choosing a realtor is a crap shoot. At least I thought it was. Little did I know it at the time, but I rolled a lucky number 7 when Michelle Amen responded to my inquiry. Michelle is the BEST. You will not find any other real estate person out there that can do what she does. She gives 1,000% of herself, her knowledge and her experience. My search was a difficult one because I was trying to find a house that would enable me to combine two households into one. If it wasn't for Michelle, who had to take charge, tell them how to do things, use her people to get things done and keep on top of all them, I would most assuredly still be waiting to close.
