It was very friendly, detailed introduction of many properties that were of interest for me in in different areas of Memphis, from Germantown, to downtown Memphis. Ms. Amen showed an amazing knowledge of not just each of the properties that were of interest for me, but also of entire city and region, which was as important me considering the fact that the whole area was totally new to me and it was my very first visit to Memphis area.
Her name is Amen for a reason. She worked a miracle and got me in my dream home within just a few weeks! As a first time homebuyer with very high expectations, I was sceptical at first if she could find me a home but she quickly proved me wrong with her vast knowledge and experience. Michelle will overwhelm you with blah blah blah and will not let you make your own decision. If you question anything she says or offers you, she will tell you that you don't know what you are talking about and that you are uneducated (Literally). She has a guy for the mortgage loans who will try to abuse you big time with his number and if you question anything, she will tell you to either take it or leave it.
