Wow! Where do I start? Michelle did an AMAZING job on putting the whole deal together from start to finish. She was very easy to work with and even met the repair guys for me. I have never seen any agent that was willing to go above and beyond to help out as I work 24/7. She would always return my calls or text messages asap which meant the most to me. I would HIGHLY recommend her to any of my friends or clients.
Michelle did a wonderful job for us as we searched for a home to buy. She is a very knowledgeable real estate professional. She listened to our particular needs and showed us homes that were great fits for us. When we made an offer, we felt that her insights were extremely useful in the negotiations. She was a strong advocate for our position. Highly recommend her.
Michelle sold my daughter's Cordova house within 10 days, so when I wanted to sell my Cordova home, I knew she was the one to do it- and she did it in FOUR DAYS!!! The advice I will give you is to do EXACTLY what she says- if that includes moving furniture, painting a porch, or changing out some fixtures-JUST DO IT. She brings a professional photographer and her own personal touches into your home because she KNOWS WHAT SELLS. Both my daughter and I were happy with the selling prices Michelle got us.
Michelle is a professional and expert of the Memphis market. She had our house under contract within 10 days of listing. She made several requests for us to get our house "show ready". We were hesitant to do this at first due to extra costs but did it anyway because we trusted her judgement. After we met her requests and the home was listed, we had multiple offers the first day of showings and a contract within 10 days!!
Michelle was awesome to deal with. Listed house and had contract on it in 4 days. Super knowledgable, honest and gets the job done. If you want your house sold by someone that keeps focused on you and your property, she is the one to go with
Michelle is a realtor who will get it done. Her focus is on getting your home sold for the highest dollar in the shortest time. My condo sold in 24 days. I also had to close with in 30 days. The closing happened on the date assigned. I know Michelle was working hard behind the scene to make sure it did. I would recommend her to everyone!!
Simply the best realtor anyone could want. Very hardworking and knows what she is doing. Don't know how I could have gotten my home without her help. Even after the purchase she has been there to help me. I was a first home buyer and she lead me through everything step by step. I really appreciate everything this amazing woman did. Couldn't ask for more from her.
She gave my husband and I a unique and reassuring experience. Unique in her quirky, fun-loving manner and reassuring as it was our first time buying and she never left us feeling clueless. Michelle Amen is a fine realtor and I would (and have) recommend her to anyone I know.
Perhaps great as a selling agent, as the other reviews state. Was not on my side as a buying agent- an unpleasant experience of being pressured to buy any house immediately at asking price so that she could move along.

This review is very perplexing to me and logically makes no sense. Says: SOLD home in 2012, yet says, "PERHAPS great as a selling agent" which tells me that I did not sell their home. The review was posted in 2015...3 years later. It's very suspicious and doesn't make sense, particularly in light of all of the Fabulous experiences that my clients have.
