I came into Michaels jewelry with the intent that I wouldn't like anything because I'm from Texas and I can find anything in Dallas. Boy, was I wrong I talked with Mindy and she showed me exactly what I was looking for my grand daughters. My sister had a band that I had always loved but I wear silver jewelry. Well, I purchased a white gold band with custom nuggets, he knew I was excited about it so he made it in two days and it is just what I wanted. Bravo to the best Jeweler in Anchorage, Ak.

I had never been to Michael's until today. I needed a ring checked and cleaned, a bracelet fixed and wanted to find my ring size. Mindy checked my ring, cleaned it, and explained how different styles of rings had different sizes, while Dave fixed my grandmother's bracelet. For all of this service and help, they charged $0.00. Their store is lovely and their sweet little dog kept me company for the short time I had to wait. I will definitely go there again. Thank you Mindy and Dave!

If anyone is looking for quality, one if a kind jewelry I strongly suggest they check this place out. The customer service here is 5+ stars and the owners go above and beyond to assist you in whatever you need. Mindie was awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable and taught us about the metals, gems and process of making jewelry while they helped us both pick out our perfect wedding rings.
This is by far the best Jewelry store I have ever been too. My husband bought my engagement ring here and since then we have bought several other pieces including our wedding bands and a necklace. Dave made my husband's ring and he could not be happier. We stop in occasionally to get my rings cleaned and the customer service that Mindy and Dave give is second to none. From my lovely Tacori engagement ring to my custom yellow diamond earrings to my Christian Bauer sapphire ring, the staff at Michaels has been amazing! Mindy is helpful and patient when helping us choose pieces. Dave is awesome and fast with his custom work. We absolutely love to shop in the laid back environment with the help of their little pup, Shorty. We will not go anywhere else!
