I consider Michaels my family jeweler! I have known them since I moved to Alaska in the mid 1990’s. I have shopped with them when they were located in the University Center, then at the Dimond Mall and now at their fabulous location on Arctic! Mindy and Dave are just wonderful! Love love their one of a kind jewelry. I bought my ring about 12 years ago and it's solid as a rock, never had a diamond come out or any trouble at all. They're amazing quality as well. Highly recommend!

Beyond amazing, they’re very knowledgeable and the work they do is just astonishing. I went to Michaels to find the perfect engagement ring and we got it. One of a kind ring. They also did an amazing restoration job on a ring that was passed down to me. I thought it was too far gone. Well I was wrong they made it look BRAND NEW! Very friendly, I give them 10/10! Hands down best jewelers in town!

Dave and Mindi have been so helpful and friendly. I have started purchasing all my gifts to my wife through them. They are able to get far higher quality per price point compared to anyone in the state. They also seem to surprise you once in a while with a better gem then you might had expected based on what they get in for shipments. Normally for the original price quoted. Dave and Mindi have the best customer service and have always taken great care of my husband and I. I love that they are locally owned and I can count on them in a way that I cannot the other jewelry stores in town. I always feel welcomed and of course enjoy their beautiful selection of jewelry every time I stop by. They are my go to Jewelers for sure!! I am a very happy customer :)

Best jeweler in town - Mindi, Dave, and Shorty provide an at home warmth while you are making life commitment purchases. The experience is hands down better than anywhere I have shopped for jewelry. Not only have a felt welcomed EVERY time I've visited, but the owners were fantastic in helping put together one of the happiest days of my life by setting up my fiancés GoPro to film his proposal right in the store!
