Mindy is amazing! My husband purchased my engagement ring here and then my wedding band. My husband deploys a lot and Mindy has helped him surprise me more then once! They always remember me when I go in to get my ring cleaned, which is not often because I love out of state! They always remember me! I love them and the role they have played in our love story!

Michael’s is locally owned and has beautiful, one of a kind jewelry! I got my anniversary band from them 16 years ago, when they were in the Dimond Center. They continue to remember me when I come into their store, which is what a locally owned store is all about. The jewel they sell is top of the line. They are the only place I will shop for fine jewelry!

Bought both my wedding ring set & my husband's band from Michael's 2 year ago. Since then we've only been by a few times for general cleanings but they have never forgotten us. I'm always greeted personally and warmly by Mindy, and asked how I've been and if I've got my ring on me so she can look it over to make sure it's in good shape. I went into Michael’s with an engagement ring design in mind, and Dave and Mindi got me EXACTLY what I wanted. I received a very high quality ring, and my fiancé loves it! Mindi was extremely helpful and very friendly. She made the nerve-wracking experience very easy for me.
