Purchased my engagement ring from Michael’s. Mindi was so patient and helpful while we chose my ring. After a negative experience from another local jeweler, we were very pleased with Michaels. The level of service and professionalism is outstanding.

Went in with a thought in my head of what I wanted and viola!! Mindy knew exactly what I was talking about. Her and Dave were awesome and even came out to love on my bulldog pup. I felt totally safe with their appointment system during this Covid crap. I’ll never go anyplace else!!! Customer service doesn’t begin to describe. More like felt one of the family

I just called their and try to ask for help on some orginal diamonds that came from the Captain Cook times. And they have declined the help. They said they DO NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO LET YOU KNOW IF YOU ARE BUYING THE REAL THING. INSTEAD THEY GET THEIR MATERIALS FROM OUTSIDE OF ALASKA!!! WHY NOT HERE IN ALASKA WHEN WH HAVE ALL THE SAME MATERIALS!!!

Great experience with the woman with red hair and the little black dog, terrifying experience with giant man that I think is the owner.. literally afraid for my well being being while I was stepping on his property to go inside his store I also stepped on his property to go next door and he verbally attacked me in a way that brought me to tears leaving the parking lot.

My fiancé picked out a ring from here and it was so perfect and gorgeous that he couldn’t wait to give it to me! He raved about the fast and great service, and when we went up a few weeks later to get my ring sized, I could understand why. The owners are friendly and so knowledgeable about the jewels they sell, and you can tell that they have a passion for what they do. We recommend Michaels 100% if you’re looking for good service and unique, beautiful rings! Thank you again!!

We highly recommend Michaels! It was a peaceful and fun experience, they listened to exactly what we wanted even though I didn’t know and helped me to feel confident in what we were getting. My ring turned out better than I had imagined and Dave and Mindi got it to us Xmas Eve just so I could have it for Christmas! :) They are wonderful people. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!

Such kind people and fabulous service. I can't imagine buying from any other jeweler now. They created a comfortable shopping atmosphere to begin with, then provided quick, reliable service to resize a ring, and went above and beyond when I needed a repair. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
