The best service we have had, not just at jewelry stores, but anywhere! My husband and I first visited Michaels four years ago to look for engagement rings and are SO glad we did. Mindi helped my husband design a custom ring for me that fit both his budget and the style I liked, and was so helpful again when he (unbeknownst to me) went last year to upgrade the ring. It's been 6 years since I proposed and married for 5. Mindi and Dave helped me get that special engagement ring and then our wedding bands. I cannot say enough about these two. Top notch in my books and if anyone is looking for that special piece of jewelry, then shop no longer because Michael's Jewelers is where it's at. This year my hubby surprised me with a one of a kind, specially created by Dave and Mindi 25th Anniversary ring. My ring is gorgeous. I can't wait to have them combine my 2 wedding rings in the future! No question that we will be back to see them. Definitely worth the wait and the 2nd honeymoon to Alaska from Kansas!!

I cannot begin to say how wonderful Mindi and Dave are! My boyfriend picked a stone for my engagement ring and then we went back together to pick the setting. Once I picked my setting they got the process started and I dropped my stone off about two weeks later and I had my completed ring within 3 weeks! They answered all of our questions and I picked up the ring of my dreams today! I can't imagine getting my jewelry from anywhere else after their amazing customer service and warm welcome.
