Visited this jeweler to get my ring size measured, and even though I didn’t end up buying anything, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. It’s rare to find service like this with no pressure to buy. I really appreciated their help and kindness—would definitely recommend!

A wonderful jeweller We recently got our wedding bands made here after my engagement ring was Bespoke designed here. We worked with Liz who created wonderful rings, had excellent communication and made ring shopping a fabulous experience. Cannot recommend enough

Lovely service (thank you to Liz!) and gorgeous wedding rings. Mine needed to be bespoke to fit the unique curve of my 1950s engagement ring. The consultation and design process were amazing. We got to see 3D scans to confirm and approve the design, and they were even able to incorporate a specific groove on my band to match that of my engagement ring. Absolutely delighted with the final result - they’re perfect!

I cannot thank Liz and the team enough for all they did. I came to Liz with some ideas of what I wanted for an engagement ring and she produced the most beautiful design, incorporating everything I wanted. The team then produced a stunning ring to a tight deadline, while being constantly in communication throughout. They are clearly very popular and busy, but ensured that they met our every need and produced a flawless ring for an exceptionally good price. I will certainly be back and cannot recommend Michael Platt enough.

Liz was so helpful when I went to Michael Platt to look at getting my mother’s emerald ring re-set. She came up with a lovely design and I’m thrilled with the end result and so pleased the ring has a new lease of life.
