I have been to Dr. Miao’s office many times over the last 4+ years for knee issues, he and his staff are thoroughly professional and demonstrate a genuine care for their patients needs and a positive recovery experience. Dr. Miao is not one of these doctors that rush their patients through and insist on surgical options as the only choice, he offers options that help the patient and hopefully avoid surgery. Absolutely love him and his staff.
Exceptional bedside manner. Explains all necessary information for pre-op, post-op and follow-up procedures. Staff is professional and timely.
Dr. Miao is the Best Orthopaedic from my experience esp. in the Physical exam.Also he explain the investigation and plan of treatment thoroughly. I will recommend to any patient for the treatment of most of the Bones And Joints problem.He gets my Five Stars of the ratings.
Dr. Miao was very thorough, I really appreciated how he took time to explain everything to me. I didn’t feel rushed and he made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Miao and DOC to any of my friends or family.
I had severe pain in my left shoulder; unable to drive, sleep, etc. My Primary Care Manager referred me for orthopaedic service, and Desert Orthopaedic Center connected me with Dr. Miao. He very quickly identified several tears in my rotator cuff and other issues; he explained the problems and both surgical and non-surgical solutions. I chose surgery; it went very quickly, the results were very clean, and I regained full-range motion and use of my shoulder in 3 months. Highly recommend him.
I was very impressed with Dr. Miao’s professionalism.....he was thorough, personable, and understanding of my concerns.....I couldn’t be more pleased with the Veterans Administration’s referral (VA Choice Program).....Dr. Miao exceeded my expectations!!
Went to Dr. Miao for second opinion knowing full well that I will need rotator cuff surgery. He spent nearly an hour with me reviewing my condition and options. He took the time to take multiple X-rays to supplement my MRI. He was thorough and and was extremely informative, very much the opposite from the first ortho I met with with The surgery was successful and the PT staff he provided were incredible. I have been told by many that he is the best in the valley and agree-spot on
Dr.Maio does an excellent job at clearly explaining medical procedures and options. He is very caring about your concerns and has a very positive way at putting you at ease. I would highly recommend him.
Excellent office visit. Dr Miao spent much time asking me questions concerning the reason for my visit. He assessed my the areas of my concerns. He showed me on the MRI of his findings and the reasons why I was having the pain that I had. He made me feel that I was his only patient for the day. He had great attention to detail.
