Dr McNamara was awesome. He answered my questions and took the time to go over my X-rays and pin point the problem. I feel confident that he will take great care of me during my upcoming surgery.
Great experience from check in all the way to Dr. McNamara. He listens and cares as does all the staff in my experience. I am very happy with my decision to leave the “well known” establishment that I had tried first before going to BJI and Dr. McNamara.

Took th time to explain what needed to be done
After four years of severe back pain, and seeing many doctors with numerous MRIs, etc., Dr. McNamara, was the first to explain my serious condition and the surgery that I needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and took each test and explained in explicit detail, comparing from each what was wrong and what needed to be done. Dr. McNamara was very professional and easy to talk to. I left with complete confidence that he fully understood my problems and had an effective plan for successfully addressing them. He patiently listened to and answered my questions. I highly recommend Dr. McNamara.
Wait time minimal. Did not recommend surgery and had several other suggestions. Very pleasant personality. Enjoyed our visit. Would return.
Dr McNamara was so very nice to me and my husband He was and is extremely knowledgeable about my spinal disease.
