Dr. Klekamp is a very kind and knowledgeable physician. He embraces alternative and holistic care as first steps which was very refreshing. He takes time to listen and pays attention to detail. Many doctors rush and make you feel like a number. That is not Dr. Kleklamp. He is very easy to talk to and doesn't get offended if you ask questions--He encourages it. I

Everyone I encountered at BJI was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Dr. Arthur answered all my questions concerning my injury. Also, the wait time was probably within minutes of my appt time.
Dr Klekamp performed ACDF surgery on me to alleviate the neck and arm pain that I had been experiencing for several years. Immediately after surgery, the pain was gone and I could use my arm again! I would highly recommend him and the staff at BJIT to anyone!
Dr Arthur is very warm, patient, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner.
Arrived only minutes before my appointment due to traffic issues. I was surprized by how fast and efficent the whole process was, from check-in to check-out was less than 1 hour. Included nurse checking vitals & symptoms, x-rays, exam, diagnosis and treatment by Dr. Byrum. I was very pleased with his manner and the entire process. Everyone was very pleasant to interact with.

Second visit with Dr Arthur for shoulder pain on previous excellent surgery 8 years ago by another doctor. I liked that he’s conservative and tries other treatments and evaluations before jumping into surgery. He listened well to me and gave clear explanations and options. He has a nice personality and was respectful of me. I have full medical confidence in Dr Arthur. His PA was also helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend them for orthopedic issues.
The staff was very friendly and Dr. Stark took the time to listen to me and figure out what was causing my pain. Perfect visit
