I had L4 to L5 fusion on January 26, 2016. I was to the point where it just hurt all the time. After surgery the pain was gone and I am back to doing everything I could do before. Dr. McNamara is a straight shooter and a fine back surgeon. I will go back to him without hesitation if the need arises. Thanks Dr. Mac

Dr. McNamara did my first surgery in the 90's. I am in great need of a repair! X-rays proved it at my appt on 3/16/16. Dr. Mc ordered an MRI to get the details he needed. It was first scheduled for 3/23 but changed to 3/29. I was & AM in terrible pain! I waited OVER 2 weeks then had the MRI and was to get the results on 4/4/16. I drive 178 miles round trip. The day of my appt. I was told that I could NOT see Dr. McNamara bcuz I would be a little more that 15 mins. late & HAD TO MAKE A NEW APPT!!

I've suffered excruciating pain caused by bad disc in lumbar region.. I've seen several Drs before seeing Dr McNamara.. Dr Mcnamara, in my opinion, is a true God Called healer.. He is the only Dr that cared about my pain , it's cause, and treating and fixing the PROBLEM, not just the symptom.. Dr Mcnamara has my trust, and my respect.. I've never looked forward to surgery, but I can't wait for Dr McNamara to fix my back.. The pain that runs thru my left leg is unbearable.. God Bless Dr McNamara!
