Dr Sailor is very knowledgeable and takes the time with you to answer all your questions.
This was my first visit with Dr. Sailer and not only did he genuinely listen to my concerns, he proposed treatment options to alleviate my discomfort and strengthen pertinent muscles to defer surgery until absolutely necessary. I was impressed with his patience and candor!
Dr Sailer was fantastic! First visit, spent time thoroughly explaining knee structure, function, issues that can happen. After the X-ray he effectively explained his diagnosis, was very open to any questions I had, I never felt rushed which I appreciated.
I went to see Dr Sailer because I fell and injured my right shoulder that was surgically repaired 11 years ago. I am in a lot of pain and want to know what is going on with my shoulder.
Hoping to come in and help with my pain in my knee, just to be told I'm too fat and there is nothing he can do for me . Severely unsatisfied with the care, not sending me for an MRI. I still feel pain after an injection. Will be seeking another Dr.
Dr Sailer is awesome, repaired three of my joints and did an excellent job!
On time and articulate
No, I would not recommend him to any one. He was in a rush during my consult and didn't care to listen much. He made assumptions in regards to my physical and mental health, before giving me a chance to express myself. He was constantly talking over me which created a big communication barrier and a lot of misunderstandings from his side.
