Dr. Sailer and his assistant made the visit very painless but informative.
Dr. Sailer did a great job of explaining exactly what was wrong in easy to follow language. He described the problems well and suggested a few treatment options. He gave possible outcomes, limitations, and risks for each option. He also answered all of my questions about each party of the options.
The whole staff was sure to help make me feel comfortable before and after the procedure. I'm at one week after my shoulder surgery and no complications, no bad news. Heck, the little scars aren't even noticeable.
On time for appt. Kind and courteous. Med asst also courteous and knowledgeable. All questions answered.
I would not see Dr. Sailor for any shoulder surgery.
I went to him for a shoulder injury that ended up needing surgery. Not only is he an amazing Surgeon, but he goes above and beyond with his personal care. Calling on the weekend to check on me! Never have I seen or heard of a physician going that extra mile. He has the best “bedside manor” I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend him to anyone with a shoulder problem!
Balances professional manner with friendly straightforward communication. Lays things out so you can understand and supports your choices. Listens and acknowledged my particular situation and needs.
This was my second time around with Dr. Sailer. He fixed my rotator cuff and bicep tendon a few years back. This time he quickly explained my options and gave me the recommendation I was hoping for. He was quick and thorough.
