I was very relaxed in the waiting room and examining room before meeting Dr. Sailer. Friendly and knowledgeable Front Office staff, Terrific PA to lead me back to an awesome room with a view, and raised the blinds just for me. I am very impressed with Dr. Sailer's knowledge and skill level as a surgeon. At my office visits and at pre-op, before surgery, and after surgery he took time to explain what was going to happen, what went on during my total right shoulder surgery and about my recovering process.
