I was very relaxed in the waiting room and examining room before meeting Dr. Sailer. Friendly and knowledgeable Front Office staff, Terrific PA to lead me back to an awesome room with a view, and raised the blinds just for me. I felt Dr. Sailer reminded me of my adult sons, in his kind and polite demeanour (forthright, to the point, factual, and direct in our discussion re the reason I was there for a valid explanation. Dr. Sailer was straight to the point about my shoulder. He gave me the most information I have ever received from a doctor. When I left there I felt great about my future surgery! I highly recommend

Dr Mike is the best in the PACNW, period. He’s thorough, intelligent, and has a great bedside manner with the sense of humor (something generally lacking in medicine these days). I trust him with every member of my family.

Dr. Sailer even called me on Saturday to see how I was doing. I no longer have any pain when I move my right shoulder and I am working with my PT on stretching muscles and getting fluid movements. My outpatient experience at Overlake Hospital on Ma... read more
