I was very impressed with Dr. Sailer’s ability to prescribe an approach to resolve my issues without requiring additional tests being performed. I also very much appreciated his clear and unambiguous descriptions of the surgery and what the anticipated outcomes would be.

Several of my colleagues have been to Dr Sailer for surgeries, and recommended him. Now I know why. Very through and explained what was happening to my knee and shoulder. Glad I understand and now motivated to do my PT And hopefully no surgery for me

Dr Sailer explained options that had not been on my radar at all. He listened attentively and was thorough in all explanations. Highly recommend!

First impression? I know why he came so highly recommended. Extremely clear and thorough explanations of both the shoulder anatomy and rotator cuff injury, but the surgical process and recovery as well. So professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

Nice approach without overreaching. Step wise approach to diagnosis, reasonable options, good use of clinical resources and shared decision-making. Always a little tough for a doc to treat another doc, Dr. Sailor did well in navigating that nuance as well.

Dr. Sailer throughly explained my injury and offered a course of treatment which will starts with physical therapy. In addition, the appointment started on time with a review by a physician’s assistant and the taking of x-rays.

From start to finish, an excellent and informative session with Dr. SAILOR. Very congenial, yet extremely professional. He took x-rays, and provided immediate feedback and diagnosis. He then gave several options and advice, which I appreciated, rather than just asking me what I wanted to do. That always confused me as why so many drs ask their patient what course of therapy to go with. That's the reason we go to seek professional help in the first place. So, I like that very much about Dr. SAILOR. He was also very encouragin... read more
