I went into the shop knowing I wanted a chain and pendant but wasn’t sure on the style. Michael and the team were super patient (I’m very indecisive!), and they let me try on multiple chains and styles until I found the perfect one. The price was really reasonable, but the service was invaluable — this is exactly why shops win every time over online shopping. Thank you again, Michael — I’ll definitely be back!

We found Michael Frank at a wedding fair. We then had a consultation with the boss himself and he was SOOOO helpful. My husband and I felt very looked after as they let us try on all sorts of styles and gave some great advice on what would/wouldn't work. I had had an awful experience with another jeweller and was reluctant to handover my engagement ring for resizing but they were fantastic and super understanding, making sure it was done quickly so I wasn't without my ring long!
