This guy needs to retire. Took gold here told me it wasn't gold so went to another jewellers they fully tested it and gave me £350. This has happened a few times. Low ball offers too on scrap gold! Clueless

Avoid this jewellers!! I don’t even know where to begin. I dropped my earrings off for repair which cost me £35 and collected them a few weeks later. I’ve come to wear there earrings a couple of weeks later only to discover there is a sizeable dent in the earrings which looks like it was caused by a small clamp. One that can’t be fixed. Walked in and asked if I could get a valuation on a chain as to which he replied “I don’t do valuations mate” which I thought was slightly odd considering there’s a massive sign saying “WE BUY GOLD” on the front door. Won’t be going again, I’ll go elsewhere to someone who has time to actually serve a customer…
