Terrible food, the place filthy !!! The Starbucks place needs to close ! McDonalds is way better ! The cafeteria, well chef Eddie or Rod would have a stroke if they saw the food offered their. I had I dead egg for breakfast It was not this way. Send the food and health department. Filthy place specially the waiting area !!!
Lets talk about the amazing staff VA hospital provides to there veterans. Rude staff at the ER, Dr told my dad that she doesnt care about his back pain. Like if he was an animal. They are way to say things and I understand they consider this free but this is not free. My dad and every veteran in the USA deserves better. Something needs to be done and no one seems to care.
service sucks....This place needs to revamp it's entire process. The employees they hire barely graduated the 7th grade it seems and it's the epitome of the cliché, you get what you pay for when it comes to the employees. Maybe stop hiring a minimum wage type employee and pay more for a better one. It all starts at the lowest level with customer service. This hospital apparently as no regard for this area. The only complaint that I have is when I try to call them . . . The staff is second to none . .
