Very organized. Started at 9 am with my friends procedure. From there all was documented and explained. After finding out surgery was needed we were given an outline to follow to complete everything in order and to be ready for the surgery which was scheduled while we were there. Everyone was friendly and wonderful! He even fit in his scheduled teeth cleaning! By the way, the cafeteria food was great! Even though there was some construction everything was so clean. Great people work here, arrive early for parking spot, on going healing process, staff really try to work with me.
Filthy hospital with unprofessional nurses and doctors. Black mold, leaking toilets, indiferent and rude nurses. The employees cover each other's illegal procedures. The management is aware and they change nothing.
I have had several appointments with hours of waiting. My husband is a disabled vietran. Unexceptable
Excellent service and caring staff!.. I have been under the VAMC care for over 10 years and feel services are improving along with extra care from doctors and nurses who truly understand military culture and our needs as veterans!..
