The most efficient, most caring, doctors , nurses , and staff anywhere. They do not have insurance companies dictating care based on which is the most expedient for the insurance companies rather they base all care on what is best for the patient.
People always talk trash about the VA hospitals so far my experience at the Miami VA since 1986 have been good, I'm very satisfied with the care & personnel... Sometimes when I'm in Puerto Rico I have used the VA hospital there and it's been very positive my experience there also.
They treat my brother with respect as well as myself and my 5 children when we were visiting this past week!! The nurses are wonderful!!!
