Seen as an Outpatient. Staff was very helpful, yet like all VA's short handed. Small Canteen, decent size cafeteria.
All the staff & Doctors where outrageous. There wasnt not one person on staff that didnt smile Great hospital. Coming from Brooklyn it was like night and day
Love my dr have a good experience at the VA sometimes you have to wait but that's everywhere and if you been in the military you're used to waiting anyway
Although there needs improvement all around, the overall care of inpatients is superb. It's not a military system, Rather civilians working within a government system. It takes far too long from doctors mouth to treatment of patient from that order. Assigned nurses should follow said doctors and implement those changes immediately. When mistakes are made, the individual responsible should be held accountable to a much higher standard than they are rewarded.

Excellent service, everyone knew what they were doing and had a smile. They enjoy working there it is obvious. Surgery went well and on time.
Excellent attention so far. Good aptitude and manners from the staff. No grief thus far. I like it.
