Need more directories throughout the building, not just near the entrances. The directories that have the list of clinics and their rooms are not in the same format (naming convention) as the map next to it so it is impossible to interpret without assistance. No issues with the staff. They need to build a parking structure in the West lot so people don’t spend 30 min finding parking and they need to take the time to update their maps and directories and post up one near every elevator and along long corridors. We were so well taken care of by our surgeon, ER doctor and nurse Barry. God bless all of them. This has been a miserable experience for us but they have made it easier. Dr. Dyal is tops. We love him.
I have no problem with appointments at the VA clinic in Broward on Commercial. When my Dad has an appointment in Miami I absolutely hate it. It’s always a whole day affair. They move like they have no care in the world and patients aren’t waiting to be seen. It’s very annoying to travel from North Broward to Miami to sit an uncomfortably cold hospital for almost the whole day to then sit in traffic to reach back home. I was in Miami on vacation and my back went out...they saw me right away, listened to my agony and got me what I needed to continue my vacation - pain free. Thank you so much Miami VA!
