i got here at 4 for a medication refill, which i get every month. but I've been sitting for 45 min while the people from the pharmacy walk around the halls. just to get refill of a medication that is given to me takes me 2 hours, i can't F! imagine what others go through when they have more than one medication or other needs. this is a disgrace!!!! i also called in ahead and the person from the pharmacy who answered the phone, was bothered because i called to get some information regarding my refill. why do we hire this type... read more

As a former employee and now registered with Veteran Services medical in Richmond it reminds me of what a patient related to me once. He said that he has been to Vas that look like 5* hotels with 1 star service. but though the Miami V.A. is elderly and looks like a 1 ☆ hotel, you get 5☆ service. Except for government rules about Dental qualification.
because this facility serves Military people, however the way that the Medical Center executes their work is unsatisfactory. Diabetic patients going in for ultrasound are NPO, but they are scheduled mid morning around 1030, or 11am. these patients should be seen at 0700
