We were on vacation at the end of November/early December, 2017. Dad was taken by ambulance from Marathon, FL to Miami VA Hospital. He ended up staying for a week. They had a sitter with him after he fell. He was a fall risk. They had no plan for recovery. When they released him there was NO Exit papers/no verbal information. I had surgery there today and the experience was way beyond what I've ever experienced in the private sector. Kudos to the people who work and practice there. I am so thankful for the VA and my experiences there. I want to thank any and all employees there for their service for our nation's veterans. We sincerely appreciate that. Travis Chapman
Great up to date technology. But not the staff required to assist us. By the way the few staff are actually amazing. Thanks for ur hard work.
Service and speed has improved exponentially. I’m impressed
They are okay sometimes & sometimes they aren’t worth a damn. Getting medical services & prosthetics kinda suck. They make you wait forever for simple parts for my wheelchair
I had a few surgeries at this hospital, and that was just fine. But, treatment from some of the staff is horrible I called to see if could get help and all I got is a nasty nurse that did not provided me with any solution just plane rudeness I got to go
