I started using this salon a few years ago and its been fine for the most part and i actually previously gave a 5 star review. I have had a couple of bad experiences but i think i have now reached my breaking point. The older guy that works there really has an attitude. He actually snapped at me once for making a request. This last time, he was being aggressive with the electric nail file and grazed my skin which hurt so bad for a couple of days. Been quite a few times and been great. But here is a new young lady there. While I was waiting a lady complained that the polish was too thick. I though she maybe a bit fusy, so wasn't worried. I then got the young lady. I said I wanted the Gel off and a pedicure ( as going in hospital and cant have polish. My toes where okay but when she did my hands, OMG. I could cry. They where long nails (my own) she said cut ? I said a bit please. She proceeded to cut them back shorter than my fingers she did them so short she couldn't ... read more

Love this nail place, clean, staff are great and they actually see you first when you have an appointment. Nails always look great. Best place around.
