I am a platinum total rewards card holder which I earned at Caesars AC. When I visit the buffet and it is busy I am required to wait in the proper line. I have no problem with that. The first problem occurs when your associates take any and all diamond card holders. I understand that diamond comes first based on play but no other customers are taken until all diamond cards are served. This to me is an unfair practice. My daughter and I were in town only for the night but our stay was a pampered one. The layout of the room was very inviting and the view was magnificent. The color scheme truly made you feel like roman royalty.
I love there rooms The only think i was annoy when i finally got to room I found out I kings size bed I requested 2 Beds I was there with My Mom on Tues May 10 I took for Moms Day and I when to change, Nom rooms were left. That was the only problem they brought a spare bed a probatable bed i had to sleep on. I had the comp for free that was the reason we when to AC. Thanks Michael
First let me say that I stayed here on a comp room, so I will review it as a paying customer. I have stayed at this hotel for 2 days per month on a comp room and I have had no problems. This hotel is amazing. We stayed one night at Caesars in the Centurian Tower on March 14, 2005. We loved it! Very nice room, comfortable king size bed, beautiful view of the ocean. We have stayed there before and will stay there again. It is our hotel of choice when visiting Atlantic City! Watch for the specials and Hot Deals and the rooms arent very expensive!
Ok, so here is my story. IT starts in Oct/05 Me and my boyfriend lived 1000 miles away from each other so we went to Caesars every month for 4 days to see eachother and have a fun time. well the first time was great every thing took my breath away....but each time after that service got worse and worse, rooms went down hill. and then I decided to move to NY to be close to my boyfriend so to celabrate we go to caesars......its 2/14 I got a comp room and we got put in the north tower, when i wake up I am covered in bug bites!!... read more
My wife & I stayed 2 nites at Caesers AC.Our room was on the 41 st floor in the Centurion Tower.The room was gigantic & beautiful.The beds were huge & comfortable.We had a nice view of the Ocean & of the City.Breakfast buffet was great.Casino was nice except for the smokers.All in all A=1 first class.I hope other folks will enjoy this review & concure.
Our stay was for 2 nights. Check-in went smoothly. Be sure to ask for a room in the Centurion Tower! We spoke with people that were staying in the older part of the hotel and they said it was horrible. Our room was good size with views of the ocean. Casino had a wide variety of slots to choose from. Room service coffee was very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Valet is only \$4 if you have a Connection Card (casino players card). My sister and I took my nephew for his 21st birthday (he has been handicapped and in a wheelchair for years). We reserved the room and had no problem getting him in the room. Unfortunately there was only one bed. I made a phone call and within minutes they had upgraded us to a better room with the beds we needed.They we very polite and the service couldnt have been better. The room was very clean and comfortable. Ive stayed there before and the rooms are always spotless.
