I reserved a room with a \$79 Hot Deal. I was a bit disappointed when I showed up and the new tower was under construction and though we could choose to stay there with an ocean view, we would hear the construction early in the morning. So we stayed in an older tower -- but they gave us a HUGE room. It had a dining room table, two couches, full bar, jacuzzi and a FULL SIZED sauna. i go to harrahs properties often and this has been my worst experience. I talked to front desk manager and he was on no help whatsoever. yes, there are many nice people that work there but the bad out weighs the good by such a large margin that i absolutly refuse to ever stay there again.the most uncomfortable bed ever, two refrigrators in the room because one was broken. I plugged a lamp in and sparks came shooting out of the socket.i never called about the tv not working properly but a tech wanted to come fix it on my stay... read more
I had done things backwards I booked room and then read reviews. If I had read the reviews first I would never have booked room with Caesars. Thank goodness I did book room!! It was awesome. The room was beautiful and worth every penny. Unfortunetly we had neigbors with friends pounding on door for 15 minutes at 3 in the moring. I tried to ignore but finally called front desk. The lobby and main enterance area are beautifull. The Greek statues make you feel like you are in a museum while at the same time you are checking in! The ceiling in the lobby even looks like it has real stars! Even the elevators in the section we stayed in had magnificent mural paintings in them. Attended a Convention at Ballys and wanted to stay at a better quality hotel. I ended up in the South Temple Tower in a newly renovated room on the lobby side of the hotel. With a busy schedule and lots of activities, I didnt spend much time in the room, but was thrilled with the comfort of the bed and the perfect pillows and the new marble bathroom. we went 12/27/06 the hotel was great looking until we got our key to our room.it looked like a super 8 room.the hotel was very over rated.for price stay some where else.no info on comp cards or anything else.not very clean!we will never stay again.
Then Caesars s for you. Great restaurant in Mia, but the bad things out number the good. Horribly long lines for "Total Rewards" cards. Parking is convenient but costs 5-10 bucks. Exiting parking...better go to the restroom before. It took me 45 minutes. There are better places to go. Try Borgata or Trump Marina. Caesars aint my kinda place.
This hotel is beautiful and the service was great. The room was really big and the color scheme was so cozy. Right down stairs was the casino and dinner was delicious.
visited on 06/27/07 and had a security guard chasing my kids around only because they wanted to see me for more funds for the mall, my daughters know the rules but this guard went out of his way to make them scared to be there even placed his hand on my 13 year old daughter asking them to leave the whole time this guy knew where i was . i files a complaint but i could tell by this guys boss that he could careless,that was the attitude i recieved, i spent the rest of the day at the hilton with my duaghters and we had a great ... read more
