My husband and I have always had a good experience with the hotel accomodations and also all the restaurants, except Cafe Roma, even though the host and hostess were very nice and efficient, I have always found the night staff of waiters, a little on the down side, they do have to be trained to help customers when they have an accident and to be a little more congenial. We stayed in room 4236 at the Centurin Tower and the room was very nice we love the corner room you feel like you are outdoors. WE left on July 25th and left... read more
First, I received a complimentary room- so I am reviewing this as though someone were paying for it (being free- I have no complaints :) If you are paying you need to upgrade to the Deluxe room in the new tower- I had a standard room- which doesnt look as nice as is shown on the web page, a bit small, furniture old, style out of date, and honestly a little creepy- the corridors felt like something out of a rundown motel. This is in opposition to most of the renovated rooms now on the boardwalk (Ballys, Plaza, etc..which run ... read more
My wife & I stayed 2 nites at Caesers AC.Our room was on the 41 st floor in the Centurion Tower. The room was gigantic & beautiful. The beds were huge & comfortable. We had a nice view of the Ocean & of the City.Breakfast buffet was great.Casino was nice except for the smokers. All in all A=1 first class.I hope other folks will enjoy this review & concure.
My sister and I took my nephew for his 21st birthday (he has been handicapped and in a wheelchair for years). We reserved the room and had no problem getting him in the room. Unfortunately there was only one bed. I made a phone call and within minutes they had upgraded us to a better room with the beds we needed. They we very polite and the service couldnt have been better. The room was very clean and comfortable. Ive stayed there before and the rooms are always spotless.
Not One Thing. Everything was so nice, neat, and the Staff a Great Help. No waiting for things, You are Treated more then a Guest you feel as if you Are part of the Family. I would tell I did tell all my friends stay there it is one of the Nicest Places to Stay.
I LIKE THE SIZE OF THEIR ROOMS AND THE CONVIENANCE OF EVERY THING.
I understand that New Years eve is a crazy night and packed jammed with people. I have been to Ceasars before as well as Ballys and have always had wonderful experiences whether I stay overnight or just visit for a day. However, New Years eve (again understanding the craziness) you were short staffed. the normally exceptionally clean rest rooms were certainly not up to par. The ash trays which are normally cleaned constantly were overflowing. I put a glass of water down for a minute next to a machine and turned around and a ... read more
My daughter and I were in town only for the night but our stay was a pampered one. The layout of the room was very inviting and the view was magnificent. The color scheme truly made you feel like roman royalty.
We were given our room and entered with key to leave our things in while we walked around. We went there for the Coach Bad Promotion the week before mothers Day. I went Back to the room to take my meds. and the key would not open the door. I was told that was not our room, I said well how did we get into it and leave our things there. After much comotion and another guest yelling at us for not waiting in line at the reg. desk I thought he was gonna hit my husband. Manager and security came to calm him down. We were allowed t... read more
