First, we were given the wrong room and had to wait about an hour for the correct one to be cleaned. Later that evening, I went to take a shower and discovered the hot water wasnt working, and the drain was severely clogged. This had me in a very foul mood all night. When I told the front desk, they did not offer a partial refund, or even a future nights stay! I liked Caesars because they couldnt have offered me anything more, at a better time in my life, and mean that with all my heart. I have one son in the Air Force (21 yrs. old) and another one that at the age of 18 just joined the Army, and left me for bootcamp (WORRIED to death) YES!!!!!, Cried, and Cried, and then to top off everything, my daughters going to doctors to see if they can find the heart beat of her baby, ALL TRUE. Attended a Convention at Ballys and wanted to stay at a better quality hotel. I ended up in the South Temple Tower in a newly renovated room on the lobby side of the hotel. With a busy schedule and lots of activities, I didnt spend much time in the room, but was thrilled with the comfort of the bed and the perfect pillows and the new marble bathroom. my boyfriend took me to alantic city for my birhtday and i love it it was exciting beautiful and great it was the best birthday i had in cesar i felt the a greek goddess.
First, I received a complimentary room- so I am reviewing this as though someone were paying for it (being free- I have no complaints :) If you are paying you need to upgrade to the Deluxe room in the new tower- I had a standard room- which doesnt look as nice as is shown on the web page, a bit small, furniture old, style out of date, and honestly a little creepy- the corridors felt like something out of a rundown motel. While driving under the Caesars bridge that connects the two parking garage my car was hit with gravel. The damage to my car included paint chipped from the hood, the windshield was all pitted with holes and the sunroof was damaged. After turning it in to the security at Caesars their insurance company decided to deny the claim. I am looking for anyone who might have seen anything that happened. I had read several reviews about the Temple Tower at Caesars before I arrived so I was a bit concerned when I saw my room was in that tower. Well, I must say I was most pleasantly surprised to see such a huge, clean room with every concievable amenity. Cant imagine what those reviewers were complaining about??? i went to stay at ceasers atlantic city on march 20 - march 23 then on april 1st -3rd and caught bedbugs ewww i feel awful,i wont stay antmore in that hotel,i brong these creatures back to my home and since that ive been trying to kill them and they are still living in my home,i had the most worst experience ive ever had,this is very disgusting and inbarrasing.i thought this casino was the cleaness but i was wrong,ive heard now that at ballys casino was infested also,this is wrong why dont your clean out your hotels and also... read more
