My experience after over four years of living there.I've seen the cops out front of my apartment about once every other month. The main pool has been closed for about three years. It's truly funny how the cooperate office always apologize for each rating with a low review but don't attempt to rectify the situation. Sent $190 to collections a year after moving from this place without contacting me with valid information as of way. Plus we were giving the okay that our apartment was fine when we moved but somehow after moving away a year later things changed. Not a good ethical business.
**** month for a 2 bedroom apartment that is falling apart, appliances don't work, then you get fined hundreds of dollars for trying to buy your own parts to fix them because the management is to busy fiddling their thumbs. If I was able to afford to move out I would have. You make work orders and they **** them off and completed when they are still in the same freaking shape as before, BROKEN!!

Residents in this building display wildly toxic and threatening homophobic behavior. On July 10th 2021, my boyfriend and I were minding or business enjoying the pool. We briefly got into the hot tub before deciding to leave, as it was getting dark and we started to feel strange at the end of it.
